What is Subhadra Yojana in Odisha

Subhadra Yojana Women’s Center Welfare Yojana launched by Odisha BJP Government on 17 September 2024. This scheme aims to empower women and in this scheme women between 21 to 60 years will get direct financial assistance of Rs 50 thousand each. Subhadra Yojana was inaugurated by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi and subhadra Yojana is trying to empower more than 1 crore women in Odisha for social upliftment.

The main objective of Subhadra Yojana Is to provide financial assistance to the poor women of Odisha to improve their economic situation. Like spending on business or child’s education.

Subhadra Yojana eligible beneficiaries will be paid Rs 50,000 for 5 years till 2024 to 2029. Rs 10,000 will be paid in two installments of Rs 5,000 each year. This installment will be credited directly to Aadhaar linked bank account to women every year on Interntional Women’s Day and Raksha Bandhan. Otherwise, the Bank account with DBT Link will also be credited.

Subhadra Yojana Eligibility Criteria

Now let us know who are eligible for Subhadra Yojana:-

• Only women residing in Odisha and their age should be between 21 years to 60 years.
• There should be no government employee in the woman’s family.
• If the woman’s family income is more than 1500 rupees from any scheme, they are also ineligible.

Subhadra Yojana Apply Process

Some documents will be required to apply for Subhadra Yojana such as Aadhaar card, Bank Account and Mobile number etc. If you have all these documents then you can go to the nearest Mo Seva Kendra or Jan Seva Kendra (CSC Centre) and apply.

Note: You cannot apply for your mobile subhadra yojana as only those who have Csc I’d or MSK Id can apply.

Those who have CSC ID or MSK Id can go to the official website of Subhadra Yojana and start applying.

Subhadra Yojana application is started from 1 September 2024 and Subhadra Yojana application last date is 31th March 2025 announced till  .

Application Process Step By Step:-

Go to official website subhadra.odisha.gov.in to apply for Subhadra Yojana.

After applying for Subhadra Yojana, you will get an acknowledgment slip which contains your Reference ID, you can check the status of your application with that ID.

To check your Subhadra Yojana application status go to the official website and on the top right side you will find the button of Official login and Application Status. You can click on the Application Status button and check your Aadhaar number fill there.

Subhadra Yojana Installment List

1,250 crore has been credited to over 25 lakh registered women by September 17, 2024 to eligible beneficiaries under Subhadra Yojana.

Subhadra Yojana 1^st Installment

• On 17 September 2024, the first Phase of Subhadra Yojana was transferred to the bank accounts of 25 lakh beneficiaries, amounting to Rs 1250 crore.
• On 9^th October 2024, funds were transferred to the bank accounts of more than 39 lakh women beneficiaries in the 2^nd Phase of Subhadra Yojana.
• On 24^th November 2024, funds were transferred to the bank accounts of more than 20 lakh women beneficiaries in the 3rd  Phase of Subhadra Yojana.
• On 8th February 2025, funds were transferred to the bank accounts of more than 18 lakh women beneficiaries in the 4th Phase of Subhadra Yojana.
• On 6th March 2025, funds will be transferred to the bank accounts of 1 lakh 70 thousand women beneficiaries in the fifth phase of Subhadra Yojana.

 

Subhadra Yojana 2^nd Installment

As per the announcement, the 2^nd installment of Subhadra Yojana will be directly deposited into the bank accounts of all the beneficiaries of Subhadra Yojana on International Women’s Day on March 8, 2025.

The second installment of Subhadra Yojana will be directly deposited in the bank accounts of more than 1 crore Subhadra beneficiaries on International Women’s Day on March 8, 2025 at Rs 5,000 each.

Common Issues And Troubleshooting

Subhadra Yojana applied and the first installment was received on 17 September 2024 but many women have not received fund credit in their bank accounts, let us know why:-

• Many women’s Bank Account and half of their cards have mismatched names.
• Some women have not received funds due to lack of half link or DBT link in their bank account.
